This policy covers NIGHTWATCH, a private tool used by the creator of Bentley After Dark to run live streams and manage the Bentley After Dark channels. NIGHTWATCH is not a public service. It runs only on the creator's own computer and is used only by the creator.
With the creator's permission, NIGHTWATCH connects to the creator's own accounts through the official YouTube, Twitch and Kick APIs in order to:
NIGHTWATCH uses YouTube API Services. By watching or interacting with Bentley After Dark on YouTube, you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
If you chat during a stream, your public username and message are shown to the creator in NIGHTWATCH, the same as they appear in the platform's own chat. NIGHTWATCH may keep a stream log on the creator's computer that includes public chat messages, usernames and alert events (like follows or donations) so the creator can review the stream afterward. This information is not sold or used for advertising.
All data stays on the creator's own computer. Account sign-in tokens are stored in the computer's secure keychain. NIGHTWATCH does not run on a public server and does not send your data to third parties, except the platforms themselves (YouTube, Twitch, Kick) when it reads from or posts to the creator's own channels.
Chat messages are public. Anything you post in a Bentley After Dark chat may be kept in the creator's stream logs.
The creator can revoke NIGHTWATCH's access to Google and YouTube at any time at Google account permissions.
